Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free to every country we deliver to.
Where we ship
The United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
Made to order
We make each Jukette after you order, with your photo, songs, names and date. It then ships to you from our maker overseas, with tracking.
How long it takes
Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks from your order: we make your Jukette to order, then ship it with tracking. It can take longer in busy periods such as the holidays.
Tracking
When your Jukette ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Customs and import charges
- United Kingdom: duties and taxes are included in the price you pay.
- United States, Canada and Australia: we cover import costs on standard orders. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, contact us and we'll sort it.
Check your address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will try to fix it before your order ships. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
Late or lost parcels
If your Jukette has not arrived within 4 weeks of your order, or the tracking stops moving, email us with your order number. We will check with the carrier. If your parcel is lost, we will remake and resend it free, or refund you in full.
Marked as delivered but not there?
Check with neighbours, building reception and any safe place the carrier may have used. If it still has not turned up, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier and help you sort it out.
